Abstract

While pregnancy and delivery of the baby cause loss of labor income for working parents it also arises several struggles with respect to care and growing of the baby. Particular working conditions for women in labor law differ based on their gender, period of pregnancy, and the age of delivered baby. Besides, restrictions to work and rights of permission to leave work during breast feeding and motherhood periods, working mothers are also allowed to work part time after the enactment of the law 6663 dated January 29, 2016. Not only the social security registered working mother but also any of the spouse can get use of this law with regard to working part time depending on their decision. The study discusses parents’ right to work pirt time based on the recent changes put forward by the law 6663.
