Abstract

This aim of this study is the level of organizational commitment of the employees’ is determined to vary or not in accordance with demographic features. In accordance with this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 102 employees working at The Oilseeds & Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union of Thrace (Trakya Birlik) in General Directorate that it is operated in Edirne province. The first part of questionnaire has consisted of employees’ demographic features and second part of questionnaire has consisted of organizational commitment scala that is developed by Meyer and Allen’s. T and Anova were applied to resulting datas. The results revealed that the level of organizational commitment of the employees’ has not varied regarding with gender, education, the total working period and position at work. However, the level of general, affective, continuance and normative commitment of the employees’ has varied according to working periods in the positions.
