ABSTRACT

In this study, there is analysis by SPSS 16.0 programs about expectation in future of members of education unions who are very important to public unionism. and this analysis was done between members of education unions who work in Kocaeli. There is a few judgments for members of education.Union who want to that in future public unionism is in the context of state politics situation and evolution of public unionism. Inside of this judgments there is a few important points. These are; protect of rights, no politicization of public unionism and modernization of public unionism.
