Abstract
In communication studies, institutional problem management becomes a communication field where institution managers must manage in a careful manner in order to create a difference and create value. In the working life, professional managers and institutional owners have to establish a working structure and establish a representative structure in order to solve the communicative problems. This is a critical area for the employees to be able to express themselves better by providing this representative communication pattern. For both human resources and public relations, this discipline is getting more and more valuable. When workers and institutions are in peaceful and fully communicative compliance, a much more efficient institution and positive work outcomes will emerge.
