Abstract
The aim of this study is to question the relationship between enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behaviors, which have effects on increasing performance and productivity in the intended enterprises, and suggestions for employees to gain these behaviors. The research was carried out on three stars and above hotel employees in Bandirma district of Balikesir. The obtained data were subjected to T-test, correlation and regression analyzes. As a result of the research, positive correlations were found between hotel employees' enthusiasm for work and organizational citizenship behaviors, and it was found that enthusiasm explained a significant part of organizational citizenship behaviors.
