ABSTRACT
Today's competitive environment is changing rapidly and businesses need employees who can adapt to change and bring creative ideas. It is decided to remove the personnel who cannot adapt to the changing competition environment. Personnel subtraction is a multi-criteria decision making problem with measured and unmeasured decision criteria. It is necessary to choose the right and inefficient candidate in the decision-making process. In this study, the criteria that are important when performing personnel extraction in a textile company were determined by the expert. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to determine the importance of the criteria. Taking into consideration their importance, the alternatives in the textile enterprise were scored according to the criteria with the expert person working in the enterprise. The sub-criteria of the criteria formed by the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method were determined. The ranking of the employees to be dismissed was made with the Preference Sorting Technique (TOPSIS) method according to the proximity to the ideal solution. Decision matrix was formed and results of AHP, ANP and TOPSIS methods were compared.
