Abstract
Businesses are turning to performance evaluation process for express their success in goals and their productivity. A high performance in made of work can be achieved depends on several factor. In this study, it was determined with the help of specialists affecting of criteria the performance concept and Analytic Network Process of multi-criteria decision-making methods are used for assess in these criteria in the impact of small and mediumsized enterprises in Ankara.
